The Team Florida Gymnastics website does not collect or share personal information about athletes. However, we do make copies of publicly available score results accessable via our website. Score results may contain:

  • Athlete first & last name.
  • Athlete club affiliation.
  • Athlete scores.
Registration Portal Information

In order to facilitate meets, Team Florida Gymnastics collects and maintains a list of registered Judges and Coaches. This information is used to provide updates and ensure only regesteried personnel are allowed to enter the meet. This information is shared with our meet directors and event partners. This data includes:

  • Judge first and last name.
  • Judge AAU number.
  • Coach first and last name.
  • Coach AAU number.
  • Coach club affiliation.
  • Email.
  • Phone number.

To help connect athletes and parents with clubs, we make a list of all clubs registred with Team Florida Gymnastics available to the public. This data includes:

  • Club name.
  • Club phone number.
  • Club address.
  • Club email address.

To ensure your registration order is handled properly, and to assist with any troubleshooting or billing related issues, Team Florida Gymnastics collects and does not share the following:

  • Billing contact first & last name.
  • Billing contact phone number.
  • Billing contact email address.
  • Billing contact shipping address.
  • Billing zip code.
Payment Method Information

Your credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment method details are not collected or stored by the Team Florida Gymnastics website. This information is delivered directly to our PCI DSS compliant third-party payment processor, Stripe. They are an industry leader in credit-card processing and work directly with the banks and credit card companies on our behalf. We will store provided personal data for as long as necessary to: 1/ Maintain an accurate archival record of meet scores. 2/ Enable digital registration services. 3/ Provide customer support. 4/ Comply with legal obligations and resove disputes.
