Submitting Scores

Please send the ProScore Transfer File (PTF) immediately after your meet.
In ProScore on the main Meet Management menu:

  1. Click “Export"
  2. Click “to ProScore Transfer File…"
  3. Click “Browse…” to select the location to save the file, and create a file name (like the name of the meet)
  4. Click “Save”
  5. Click “Export”
Then attach the exported file to an email, and send to:

Express Invoicing

Meet Directors, you can now submit your Host Invoice online with Express Invoicing. Please submit your Meet Director Host Invoice online at the completion of your meet Meet entry invoices forms will no longer need to be hand written and mailed in. Please follow the instructions below to submit your post-event meet entry invoice:
